"I can't find my confirmation email"

Please check your spam or junk email folder. Our emails come from [email protected]. If you still can't find it, contact us with the email address you used and we will resend it.

"I'm not sure if my questionnaire was received"

If you completed all the steps and saw a confirmation message on screen, your questionnaire was received successfully. You should also have a confirmation email. If you are unsure, contact us and we will check for you.

"I made a mistake after completing the questionnaire"

Don't worry — this happens more often than you might think. Contact our support team with your reference number and tell us what needs to be corrected. If we haven't sent your application yet, we can make the change for you.

"I forgot my application reference number"

Your reference number was included in the confirmation email we sent you. If you can't find the email, contact us with the email address you used and your full name, and we will help you find it.

"My application status hasn't changed"

Processing times can vary. Most applications are processed within 72 hours after being sent to US authorities. If it has been longer and you are concerned, please contact us and we will look into it for you.
