2. Description of Services

US Authorization Form is a private third-party service that provides assistance with completing Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) applications for travel to the United States. Our services include application form guidance, application review and error-checking, submission assistance, and email-based customer support. We do not guarantee approval of any application. Approval decisions are made solely by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Our service is optional. Travelers can apply for ESTA directly through the official U.S. government website without using our service.

3. Fee Structure

Our fees consist of two components: a government application fee that is paid to U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and a service fee for our application assistance. Both fees are clearly displayed before payment. The service fee covers our assistance service only and does not guarantee any particular outcome.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information you provide through our platform. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information in your application. Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a violation of these terms and may result in legal consequences. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services independently.

5. No Government Affiliation

US Authorization Form is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. Government, the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, or any government agency. We are an independent private company that provides ESTA application assistance as a commercial service.

6. Limitation of Liability

US Authorization Form provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that applications submitted through our service will be approved. We do not have any influence over government decisions regarding ESTA applications. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to travel disruptions or denied authorizations.
