A refund may be available if you cancel your request before our team has begun reviewing your questionnaire. Once the review process has started, our team has already dedicated time and resources to your application, and a full refund may not be possible.

Government Fees

Please note that the official US Government ESTA application fee, once paid to US authorities, is non-refundable. This fee is set and collected by the U.S. Government, and we have no control over it.

If Your ESTA Is Not Approved

If your ESTA application is not approved by US authorities, we understand this is disappointing. Because the application was processed as requested and our service was fully provided, a refund of the service fee may not be available. However, we encourage you to contact us to discuss your specific situation.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to our support team at [email protected]. Include your full name, email address, application reference number, and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

Processing Time for Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will typically be processed within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method you used.
