How to Check Your Application Status
After you complete the questionnaire, we send you status updates by email at every stage of the process. Here is how to stay informed:
- Check your email — We send clear, easy-to-read updates to the email address you provided. Each email explains exactly what is happening and what to expect next.
- Look for your confirmation email — After completing the questionnaire, you should have received a confirmation email with your application reference number. Keep this email safe — it is your receipt.
- Check your spam folder — If you haven't received an email from us, please check your spam or junk email folder. Our emails come from [email protected].
- Contact us directly — If you cannot find your status emails or have questions, simply send us an email with your name and reference number, and we will give you an immediate update.
Understanding the Status Steps
Your application moves through several clear stages. Here is what each one means:
Received
We have received your questionnaire and your information is safely in our system. Our team will begin reviewing it shortly.
You should receive a confirmation email within minutes.
Under Review
A member of our team is currently going through your information carefully, checking every detail for accuracy. This is the human review stage.
This step is usually completed within 24 hours.
Corrections Needed
We noticed something that needs a small correction — perhaps a typo or a missing detail. We have sent you an email explaining exactly what is needed.
Please check your email and reply as soon as you can so we can proceed.
Sent to Authorities
Your ESTA application has been checked, approved by our team, and sent to US authorities for processing. Everything is now in order.
Most results come back within 72 hours from this point.
Awaiting Response
US authorities are reviewing your application. This is the stage where we wait for the government's decision.
Most decisions arrive within 72 hours, though some may take a little longer.
Approved
Wonderful news — your ESTA has been approved! You are authorised to travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program.
You will receive an email with your approval details and next steps.
Not Approved
Unfortunately, your ESTA was not approved. This does not necessarily mean you cannot visit the US, but you may need to explore other options such as applying for a visa.
We will send you information about what to do next.

I haven't received any emails. What should I do?
First, please check your spam or junk email folder. If you still can't find our emails, contact us with the email address you used and your name, and we will resend your status update right away.
My application has been 'Awaiting Response' for more than 72 hours. Is there a problem?
Not necessarily. While most applications are processed within 72 hours, some may take longer. This is normal and usually not a cause for concern. If you would like us to look into it, please contact us.
I lost my reference number. Can you help?
Absolutely. Contact us with the email address you used when completing the questionnaire and your full name. We will find your application and send you the reference number.
Can someone else check my application status for me?
For your security, we can only share application details with the person who completed the questionnaire, using the email address provided. If you need someone to help you, they can contact us on your behalf, but we will verify your identity first.
